Virtual Remote Job Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Screening:
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions with our partner companies. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Job Postings & Advertising:
Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and recruitment sites, to attract a diverse pool of applicants. Ensure job descriptions are clear and aligned with the hiring needs of our partner companies.
Interview Coordination & Management:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers from partner companies. Conduct virtual interviews and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
Candidate Selection:
Evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and qualifications, and make recommendations for hire based on thorough assessments. Collaborate with hiring managers from partner companies to select the best candidates.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring candidates have all necessary documentation and information to start in their roles. Coordinate with partner companies to facilitate smooth transitions.
Database & Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of candidates, interview feedback, and hiring decisions in the recruitment database. Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers from partner companies to understand their staffing needs. Provide guidance on job descriptions, qualifications, and interview processes.
Talent Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings within our partner companies. Stay proactive in talent sourcing, keeping the recruitment needs of our partner companies in mind.
Qualifications:
Experience & Education:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience with recruitment platforms and job boards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct virtual interviews effectively and professionally.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for various companies.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Language Requirements:
Must have the ability to speak English at a C1 level with minimal accent to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and team members.
Must be able to read and write in English with a native tone, ensuring all written communication is professional and easily understood by English-speaking candidates.
