Operations Manager - Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of CGX Virtual Solutions or partner companies, ensuring that all business processes run smoothly and efficiently. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
Team Management:
Manage and supervise remote teams, ensuring that all team members are performing at optimal levels. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to help them achieve their goals.
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies or areas of improvement. Implement new systems or processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Project Management:
Coordinate and manage various projects across departments, ensuring that deadlines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Budget & Resource Management:
Oversee budgets, resources, and staffing requirements, ensuring that the company or partner organizations are operating within financial parameters and have the necessary resources to meet business objectives.
Client & Partner Relations:
Maintain relationships with clients and partner companies, ensuring that operations are aligned with their expectations and needs. Provide regular updates and status reports to key stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track operational performance through key metrics and reports. Provide regular feedback to senior leadership on the status of operations and any necessary adjustments.
Risk Management:
Identify operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
Collaboration with Leadership:
Work closely with other leaders in the company or partner companies to align operational strategies with business goals. Provide strategic input and support to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
Experience & Education:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in managing remote teams and complex operations.
A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate remote teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Experience with project management tools and software.
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with remote teams, clients, and senior leadership.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Language Requirements:
Must have the ability to speak English at a C1 level with minimal accent to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
Must be able to read and write in English with a native tone, ensuring all written communication is professional and easily understood.

A government form of ID, such as a Passport or Visa, is required to be considered for this position, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencing work.
