Remote Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Management:
Lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.
Scheduling & Resource Allocation:
Manage project timelines and resources, coordinating with remote teams to ensure that all tasks are completed on time. Allocate tasks based on team members' strengths and availability.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates on progress, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between all parties involved.
Budget & Cost Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters. Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources without compromising quality.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Lead remote teams, providing guidance and support to team members. Foster a collaborative environment, address issues as they arise, and ensure that all team members are on track to meet project objectives.
Risk Management & Problem Solving:
Identify potential risks that could impact project timelines, quality, or budgets, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain clear and detailed records of project progress, status updates, and outcomes. Prepare reports for clients, stakeholders, and leadership, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure that the work meets both internal and client expectations.
Self-Motivation & Independent Work:
The Remote Project Manager will work with minimal supervision, so the ability to stay self-motivated and manage one’s time effectively is critical. The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results with limited guidance.
Deadline & Deliverable Management:
Ensure that company deadlines and deliverables are consistently met. Keep all projects on track by closely monitoring timelines, budgets, and project milestones.
Qualifications:
Experience & Education:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote work environment.
A degree in Project
Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong project management skills, including experience with scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and communicate with remote teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and stay on track with deadlines.
Ability to identify and address potential project risks and roadblocks.
Experience managing remote teams and coordinating with distributed stakeholders.
Language Requirements:
Must have the ability to speak English at a C1 level with minimal accent to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
Must be able to read and write in English with a native tone, ensuring all written communication is professional and easily understood.
Additional Requirements
A government form of ID, such as a Passport or Visa, is required to be considered for this position, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencing work.
Compensation:
Pay will depend on experience and will be determined at the time of the job offer.
