Position Overview:


CGX Virtual Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Remote Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow social media presence for the company and its clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content. This remote role requires someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of executing social media strategies effectively while working independently. The candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish with a C1 level of English proficiency, and able to communicate effectively in English, though not necessarily with a native accent. Experience with Go High Level is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. The role also involves assisting business owners in creating social media marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

Assist in the management of social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to ensure consistency with the brand's voice and marketing goals.

  • Content Creation & Curation:

Create engaging content, including posts, carousels, and reels. Design graphics and edit videos to curate visually appealing content tailored to each social media platform.

  • Community Engagement:

Respond to comments, direct messages, and interactions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Foster relationships with followers and create a positive community environment.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and growth.

  • Campaign Support:

Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns, contests, or promotions. Ensure campaigns align with company objectives and marketing strategies.

  • Brand Monitoring:

Monitor social media channels for mentions of the brand, competitors, or relevant industry topics. Keep track of trends and engage with industry-related content.

  • Content Calendar Management:

Help maintain a content calendar for social media platforms, ensuring that posts are scheduled ahead of time and aligned with marketing campaigns.

  • Collaboration with Marketing Team:

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure social media strategies are integrated into the overall marketing plan.

  • Assist in Social Media Marketing Strategies:

Assist business owners in developing social media marketing strategies that align with their goals. Provide insights on how to optimize their social media presence for greater brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications:

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.

  • A degree in Marketing is a plus.

  • Experience with Go High Level is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

  • Experience in graphic design and video editing for creating content (e.g., posts, carousels, reels) is a must.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).

  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) is a plus.

  • Strong writing and content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing to create engaging posts, carousels, and reels.

  • Ability to analyze and report on social media performance metrics.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.

  • Creative and able to develop engaging content for different target audiences.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with C1 level English proficiency. Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages

Language Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish. English proficiency at a C1 level is required, but a native accent is not necessary.

Additional Requirements

  • A government form of ID, such as a Passport or Visa, is required to be considered for this position, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencing work.

Compensation:

  • Pay will depend on experience and will be determined at the time of the job offer.
