Position Overview:


CGX Virtual Solutions is seeking a
Virtual Remote Sales Assistant & Lead Generator to provide support to our sales team and assist in generating high-quality leads. This remote position requires a self-motivated, organized, and results-driven individual who will be responsible for managing client outreach, conducting lead generation activities, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of the sales process, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks while contributing to the growth of the business. The candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and must not be afraid of telephone sales or follow-up and must be comfortable with lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential leads using online tools, databases, and social media platforms. Qualify and engage with leads to set appointments and pass them along to the sales team.

  • Client Outreach & Telephone Sales:

Reach out to leads via phone, email, and social media to introduce services, assess needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team. Be proactive in engaging prospects over the phone and maintaining consistent follow-up.

  • Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up:

Regularly follow up with leads, keeping them engaged throughout the sales process. Use email, phone calls, and other communication channels to nurture leads, answer their questions, and move them through the sales pipeline.

  • Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and managing follow-ups with potential clients.

  • CRM Management:

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information, sales notes, and follow-up reminders. Track progress of leads and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Pipeline Management:

Assist in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are properly nurtured and moved through the sales funnel.

  • Email Marketing & Campaigns:

Support the creation and distribution of email campaigns to nurture leads, inform clients, and promote sales offers.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, follow-up success, and lead source effectiveness. Provide reports and insights to the sales team for strategic adjustments.

  • Customer Service:

Assist with responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products or services, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service.

  • Experience in a remote sales role is a plus but not required.

  • A background in sales, marketing, or business administration is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, nurturing, and qualification.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage leads and customers professionally.

  • Comfortable with telephone sales and follow-up—must be proactive in making calls and engaging with leads over the phone.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.

  • Knowledge of email marketing and social media outreach is a plus.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Language Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and the sales team.

  • Must be able to read and write in both English and Spanish with a native tone, ensuring all written communication is professional and easily understood.

Additional Requirements

  • A government form of ID, such as a Passport or Visa, is required to be considered for this position, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencing work.

Compensation:

  • Pay will depend on experience and will be determined at the time of the job offer.
