Crystal Gonzalez is a business systems and AI strategist with 20+ years of experience across operations, sales, marketing, insurance, and technology.
As Founder & CEO of CGX Virtual Solutions, she helps service businesses replace administrative chaos with trained remote teams, CRM systems, automation, AI, and practical marketing infrastructure. Crystal is also the creator of The Modern Contractor's Office, an education and media platform focused on helping contractors capture more opportunities, scale with intention, and build companies that depend less on the owner.
She opened her first business at 28 and has spent her career helping owners step out of daily operations by replacing chaos with structure. Crystal holds a Digital Marketing certification from the University of Oregon and brings a background in business administration and contract law.
